01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vk99 ("vk99", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the vk99 website at https://vk99.bid and all related services, games, features, and content made available through that domain (collectively, the "Platform").

03 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the vk99 Platform, including depositing funds and placing bets, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all registrations:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active vk99 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered account may be closed and any associated balances or bonus funds forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vk99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vk99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify vk99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Account Currency

All vk99 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. No multi-currency conversion is applied within the Platform.

04 Account Verification (KYC)

vk99 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and at any point where there is a reasonable need to confirm identity. This process is known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

4.1 Required Documents

When requested, you must provide clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

4.2 Verification Timeframe

vk99 will endeavour to complete KYC verification within two to five business days of receiving all requested documents. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until verification is successfully completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the initial request may result in account suspension.

05 Deposits

All deposits to your vk99 account are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in BDT. In the event of any currency conversion by your payment provider, vk99 is not responsible for any exchange rate differences.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact vk99 support with your transaction reference number.
• vk99 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, for which vk99 accepts no responsibility.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
• vk99 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at the account level or platform level and to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your vk99 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to prevent money laundering. Where that is not possible, an alternative method may be used following additional verification at vk99's discretion.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests at the time.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• vk99 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing time. You may be asked to provide additional documentation during this process.
• vk99 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may deduct their own fees from the amount received.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

vk99 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion description. Only real-money wagers placed after the bonus has been credited contribute to wagering requirements. Free spin winnings and certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and free spins have an expiry period, which will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed before the expiry date will be removed from the account without notice.

08 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and event betting activity on the vk99 Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless vk99 determines that the bet was accepted in error.

• For cricket markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures), specific rules regarding abandoned matches, reduced over counts, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments are set out in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.

09 Casino Games

All casino games available on the vk99 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games (such as Monster Crash and Aladdin), and table games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi, among others.

11 Intellectual Property

All content available on the vk99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of vk99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of vk99.

Where vk99's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you deposited into your vk99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
